Volunteering:
Camp Quality
Camp Quality located in Frankfort, Illinois,
is a camp for children diagnosed with cancer.
Annually, we have taught various projects
to the children which have included
surface embroidery on felt box lids, book covers,
cross-stitch on tote bags, bookmarks, + belts,
and
plastic canvas dog tags, autograph book,
treasure chest + jewelry box.



Volunteering:
YMCA
Projects are selected by members
and are taught to young people.
These projects are taught
in scheduled classes
at the Hammond YMCA.
Projects have included the basics of cross stitching
beading, surface embroidery, stitching a sampler,
clothing embellishment,
and creating
ornaments with sequins waste.
